CampSmile Empire State Games for the Physically Challenged invites Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks to welcome 230 athletes from 21 schools for the 29th year of competition at The College at Brockport State University of New York SERC Tuttle Athletic Complex on Friday, Oct. 16 at 10 a.m.
